Shipping + Returns
 

Please note, as of Spring ‘24 I have noticed a drastic rise in the cost of parcel protection and have had to increase my shipping prices as a result.

We are based in the UK and ship worldwide. Final shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout, but as rough guide for one pedal, shipping is approximately £8 within the UK, £25 to Europe and £30 to the rest of the world. UK orders over £200 will receive a refund for shipping. Pedals will be shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment.

We will be happy to provide a refund within 14 days if you are not happy with your product. Upon return of the pedal in as-new condition, we will refund the full cost minus shipping charges. If the pedal shows any signs of wear or damage caused by the customer, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

We agree to repair any pedal that has ceased to function due to faulty electrical parts and/or faults in workmanship. This warranty applies for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Shipping to and from the customer will also be covered by us, with the provision of a postage receipt by the customer. We reserve the right to determine whether or not workmanship is considered faulty.

Mechanical parts - footswitches, potentiometers and jacks - are excluded from the main warranty and are covered for a period of 90 days. After this period, any repairs due to faulty mechanical parts will be charged at £20 per hour for labour, plus the cost of parts and postage. If the customer decides not to proceed with the repairs under these terms, the pedal will be returned at the customer's expense.

The customer agrees that any requested modifications to the pedal and/or circuit after the initial delivery will be charged at £20 per hour for labour plus the cost of parts and postage.

Any misuse, modifications or repairs done to the pedal by anyone other than B.G. Harding will invalidate all warranties. Any repairs the customer wishes B.G. Harding to carry out after this point will be charged at £20 per hour plus the cost of parts and postage.
